Leduc Bus Lines LTD's origins go back to 1968. Along the way, the company has grown with the changes that took place in the school and charter bus industry and constantly evolved to remain a leader in the field.

| 1968 | Mr. Noël Leduc creates "Noël Leduc School Bus Service" by acquiring Boivenue buses. |
| 1972 | Acquisition of Duchesne buses. The compagny changes its name to "Leduc Bus Lines". |
| 1973 | Leduc Bus Lines moves its headquarters to 73 Leduc street in Alfred, Ontario. |
| 1980 | Buys first luxury motorcoach. |
| 1984 | The compagny incorporates under the name "Leduc Bus Lines LTD." |
| 1985 | Creation of a public shuttle service from Alfred to Ottawa. |
| 1987 | Buys second luxury motorcoach. |
| 1989 | Creation of a public shuttle service from Hawkesbury to Ottawa via Rockland. |
| 1990 | Death of Mr. Noël Leduc. The company becomes property of Gilbert and Ghislain Leduc. |
| 2003 | Acquisition of R & P Morris Bus Lines's school bus fleet. |
| 2003 | Creation of a public shuttle service between Rockland and Ottawa in partnership with the city of Clarence-Rockland. |
| 2003 | Presented with the Phénix award as company of the year. |
| 2005 | The company headquarters moves to its new location in Rockland, Ontario. |
| 2009 | Creation of a public shuttle service between Bourget and Ottawa in partnership with the city of Clarence-Rockland. |
